Sneha also conducts high profile independent impartial investigations into allegations of bullying and harassment. Her strong personal commitment to the various cases investigated has meant that organisations have valued her professional input and complaints are resolved effectively.

Sneha has also been quoted in The Times and The Independent. Sneha has appeared on BBC 1 Inside Out and BBC 2 Victoria Derbyshire programmes discussing unconscious biases related to the recruitment processes. She is often invited by LBC and BBC radio to share her expertise on diversity related affairs.
